Raym Crow has been Senior Consultant at SPARC since February 2002. In this role, he works with campus-based publishing programs, scholarly and scientific societies, and other nonprofit publishers to incubate alternative funding models capable of sustaining open-access publications. He has over 25 years' experience in academic publishing, specializing in developing feasibility analyses and business plans for scholarly publishers.
