5. Resources for Publishers
Developing a sound business model is a critical concern of publishers considering open access distribution. Selecting the model appropriate to a particular journal will depend not only on the expense hurdle that must be cleared, but also on the publisher’s mission objectives, size, business management resources, risk tolerance, tax status, and institutional or corporate affiliation.

6. SPARC Resources for Students

On Tuesday April 25th, the Right to Research Coalition will host a Day of Action to push the Federal Research Public Access Act (FRPAA) by encouraging students to write pro-FRPAA articles for their local and campus newspapers and to lobby their legislators to support and co-sponsor the bill. See the Right to Research website for the full Day of Action announcement and our guide to writing op-eds and letters to the editor, including talking points.

The Right to Research Coalition also welcomes the European Students' Forum (AEGEE: Association des Etats Généraux des Etudiants de l’Europe) as its 52nd member.  AEGEE, Europe's largest interdisciplinary student association, promotes co-operation, communication and integration amongst young people in Europe.
