**NEW: SPARC Subject Repositories (SPARC-SR)

The SPARC Subject Repositories Forum (“SPARC-SR”) will enable subject repository managers, both inside and outside libraries, to share procedures and best practices, discuss possible joint projects, and support each other in providing access to an important realm of scholarly literature. Librarians, educators, researchers, policy makers, and others who have an interest in subject repositories are welcome to join and contribute. Membership is open. Submissions will be moderated and may be subscribed to in a feed or digest. Learn more

SPARC Author Rights Discussion Forum

SPARC-ARForum is a private and moderated venue for academic librarians to explore copyright and related issues in teaching and research – especially questions arising from the development of digital repositories and recent public access mandates. SPARC Open Data

The SPARC Open Data Email Discussion List provides a forum for participants to explore issues of access to digital data associated with peer-reviewed STM research. The list enables participants to debate issues of access to and re-use of research data that researchers or funders wish to see available for use by others. The list’s emphasis is on defining the scope of Open Data and collecting examples of desirable and undesirable practices.
